Position Overview

Paragon Renovations Inc. is seeking a licensed residential plumber operating as a one-man shop to subcontract plumbing work on remodeling and renovation projects. This is a 1099 contractor role with consistent project-based work. For the right individual with additional carpentry and/or electrical experience, there is potential for a long-term, expanded role within our company.

Responsibilities

Perform residential plumbing work on kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodels

Complete rough-in and finish plumbing per code and inspection standards

Coordinate scheduling with our project management team

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Provide own basic tools and transportation

Requirements

Valid Illinois plumbing license/Chicago Plumbing License

Operates as a one-man business (sole proprietor or LLC)

Ability to work independently

Reliable and professional communication

Proof of insurance required

Insurance & Compliance

Workers’ compensation
