Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Plumbing professional to install and supervise plumbing work on large-scale multifamily and commercial projects in Wisconsin. You will operate under the Plumbing Foreman, ensuring safe, code-compliant installations and opportunities for growth into leadership roles.

Having an active Journeyman/Master Plumber license and 3+ years of experience is required, with OSHA 30 preferred. You will collaborate with other trades to keep projects on track and uphold our safety

Qualifications

• Must have an active Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
• Three or more years of plumbing experience.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IPC, local codes, and construction safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing installations on multifamily and commercial construction projects
• Learn and perform all scopes of plumbing work, including underground, rough-in, top-out, and finish
• Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts and ensure project success
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all tasks and installs
• Ensure code compliance by testing, inspecting, and verifying all systems and connections

About The Position

Under the supervision of the Plumbing Foreman, this person is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and code-compliant plumbing installations across our large-scale projects. With a clear growth path into Foreman or Manager overseeing our dynamic builds, the sky is the limit!

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Must have an active Journeyman or Master Plumber license

• Strong knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local codes, and construction safety requirements
