Job Details

We are seeking a Plumber to join our dynamic team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems and be adept at installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems in residential and commercial structures. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and proficiency in rough in, top out, trim, plumbing, and plumbing installation. The selected candidate will play an instrumental role in ensuring the plumbing systems of our construction projects are top-notch and meet all safety and functionality standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with project managers and other construction professionals to install effective plumbing systems that align with project goals and building codes.
  2. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments.
  3. Perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts.
  4. Prepare detailed reports and project documents including diagrams and cost estimates for plumbing systems.
  5. Perform rough in, top out, and trim tasks during various stages of construction.
  6. Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures.
  7. Ensure safety standards and build regulations are adhered to at all times.
  8. Provide consultation and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems, or process-related topics.
  9. Analyze problems, identify trends, and develop strategies for maximizing operational efficiency.
  10. Train and supervise junior plumbing staff to ensure quality workmanship.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field will be considered an asset.
  2. Valid plumbing license.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plumber in the construction industry.
  4. Proficiency in using plumbing tools, equipment, and practices.
  5. Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
