Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction plans.
• Install piping systems for water, sewer, gas, and drainage.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and verify proper operation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
• Collaborate with general contractors and project managers to stay on schedule.

Job Scope:

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction plans
• Install piping systems for water, sewer, gas, and drainage
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform efficient repairs
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and verify proper operation
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes
• Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to complete projects on schedule
• Safely operate plumbing tools, equipment, and machinery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete work orders, service reports, and required documentation accurately

Preferred:

• Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems
• Knowledgeable of local, state, and federal plumbing codes
