Job summary

CDL Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Plumber to install, repair, replace and maintain domestic water, heating water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, gas, steam and fire protection systems. The role requires strong plumbing knowledge, attention to detail, and good communication with customers and team members.

Applicants should have an OSHA10, a valid driver''s license, a high school diploma or GED, and either Journeyman status or completion of an approved plumbing program.

Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
Excellent attention to detail.
Valid driver''s license and good driving record.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong plumbing technical knowledge and quality driven.
Completion of a plumbing vocational/technical school or apprenticeship or Journeyman Plumbing License.

Responsibilities

Maintaining safe working conditions at all times.
Regularly check systems to ensure proper operations.
Inspect toilets, sinks, dishwashers, and other appliances for leaks.
Repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures.
Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan layouts of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems.
Replace washers and rubber gaskets in faucets and shower heads.
Locate and repair issues with water supply lines.
Install and maintain water supply systems.
Other duties assigned by leadership team.

Summary

The Plumber performs skilled technical work in the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of domestic water systems, heating water systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm sewers, gas pipe, steam and condensate pipes and fire protection systems.

Preferred/Required Experiences

OSHA10 Certification
Must have excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
Excellent attention to detail
Valid drivers license and good driving record
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong plumbing technical knowledge and must be quality driven
Completion of a plumbing vocational/technical school or a recognized apprenticeship program or have a Journeyman Plumbing License
