Plumber Positions and Responsibilities:

• Plumber I – This entry-level laborer position requires limited or no experience in the HVAC or plumbing industry. Responsibilities include carrying equipment, assisting with plumbing installation, and maintaining site cleanliness. This tradesman does not operate unsupervised under any circumstances.
• Plumber II – This apprenticeship position requires at least three years of experience and in‑depth knowledge of plumbing, though assistance is still needed. Responsibilities include repairing and replacing plumbing systems, supporting equipment for commercial and industrial applications, and working under the supervision of a Plumber III or higher.
• Plumber III – This journeyman position requires five or more years of experience and mastery of commercial plumbing. Responsibilities include working independently and completing tasks in a timely manner.
