Job summary

CCS Building Group is seeking an entry-level to journeyman plumber to support a full team of construction professionals in both residential and commercial settings. You will be involved in plumbing installation and repair, and contribute to a wide range of projects.

Read blueprints, solve problems quickly, and work with local codes and safety standards. You will communicate professionally with customers and trades, report to the foreman, and help ensure projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Strong people and communication skills.
  • Clean and professional appearance.
  • Ability to independently and quickly solve problems.
  • Must be able to read blueprints.
  • 5+ years of professional plumbing experience.
  • First Aid and CPR training.
  • OSHA 10-hour course.

Responsibilities

  • Plumbing installation and repair in residential and commercial settings.
  • Work with power tools to identify plumbing issues and implement solutions.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national codes and safety standards.

Overview: Seeking a full-time entry-level or journeyman plumber to provide support to a full team of construction professionals working in both residential and commercial settings.

What you'll be doing:
Plumbing Installation and Repair

Field Operations and Troubleshooting
  • Work with power tools to identify plumbing issues and implement effective solutions. Perform work efficiently and accurately while maintaining high-quality standards.
Code Compliance and Safety
  • Perform all plumbing work in accordance with local, state and national plumbing codes, manufacturer requirements, and company safety standards.
Customer and Trade Coordination
  • Communicate professionally with customers, crew members, and other trades to ensure project expectations, schedules, and company procedures are clearly understood and followed.
Independent Project Execution
  • Report to the crew foreman while effectively performing most tasks with minimal supervision.
