Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plumber role based in Jacksonville, FL. The Plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures, and related equipment in residential, commercial, and multifamily properties. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing plumbing issues, performing routine and emergency repairs, conducting inspections, and ensuring work complies with local codes and safety standards. The role also involves interacting with customers, explaining findings and recommended solutions, and documenting work performed. The Plumber will work both independently and as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and uphold Bryant Plumbing’s quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems.
• Experience working with various pipe materials and fittings, including cutting, threading, and joining pipes.
• Proficiency in maintenance and repair of plumbing fixtures, water heaters, drains, and related equipment.
• Ability to perform routine and preventive maintenance with attention to safety and local codes.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Jacksonville, FL area.
• Relevant trade school training, apprenticeship completion, or equivalent on-the-job experience preferred.
• Current plumbing license or certification in Florida (or ability to obtain, if required by role).
• Ability to lift and carry equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
