• Manage job documentation thoroughly and accurately, from initial assessment to job completion. Ensure all installations and services are executed professionally and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Perform drain cleanings and camera inspections.
• Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses.
• Pricing and payment collection on‑site experience.
