Job summary

Shoals MPE is seeking a skilled Journeyman plumber to join our team in North Alabama. You will assemble, install, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential structures, collaborating with general contractors and other trades.

We offer competitive wages, 401(k) with up to 4% matching, health insurance, vacation and holiday pay, and a $500 sign-on bonus for journeyman plumbers with 7+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or another related field.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to policies.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install plumbing systems.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other trades.
• Follow building plans and blueprints.
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
