A Journeyman license is required, with 5+ years of construction experience. You will work both independently and with a crew, prioritize safety, and deliver high-quality service while communicating clearly with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

1. Inspect, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications and blueprints.
2. Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air, and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
3. Review blueprints, building codes, and specifications to determine work details and procedures.
4. Perform complex calculations and planning for special or large jobs, including daily scope of work.
5. Handle power tools in a safe manner and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
6. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure all plumbing needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay updated with industry standards and advancements in plumbing technology.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience as a plumber in the construction industry.
2. Valid Journeyman License.
3. Proven experience with filling pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air, and using pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
4. Familiarity with reviewing blueprints, building codes, and specifications to determine work details and procedures.
5. Proficiency in performing complex calculations and planning for special or large jobs, including daily scope of work.
6. Experience with handling power tools in a safe manner.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact professionally at all levels inside and outside the company.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
9. Commitment to providing high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
10. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
