Job summary

Conejo Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Plumber to maintain plumbing systems, diagnose issues, install water systems, and ensure safe operation. You will document activities and communicate service details to clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Plumber.
• Ability to perform multiple technical tasks, including operating equipment, safety adherence, and project planning.
• Ability to read technical information, compose documents, and solve practical problems.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and/or failures in plumbing systems.
• Install various domestic water systems.
• Document activities for written support.
• Repair various systems or components including toilets, sinks, vents, faucets, water softeners, garbage disposals, sewer lines, etc.
• Repairs of pipes, ensuring items are functional and safe.
• Request equipment and supplies to maintain inventory.
• Test for leaks in new and repaired systems with compressed air and/or water.
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, ream, and install pipe and fittings.
• Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings.
• Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, holes, or fixtures.
• Maintain a clean and stocked service vehicle.
• Attend weekly departmental meetings.
• Participate in periodic inventory and truck inspections.
• Explain to the client each service performed and ensure customer satisfaction.

(amount is gross and subject to all tax withholdings and deductions)

A Plumber will maintain plumbing systems, identifying repair or replacement needs, providing necessary information on the proper uses of equipment, and ensuring adequate materials are available to complete assignments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoseproblems and/or failures in plumbing systems.
• Install various domestic water systems.
• Documents activities for the purpose of providing written support.
• Repairvarious systems or components, including toilets, sinks, vents, faucets, water softeners, garbage disposals, sewer lines, vacuum breakers, hot water heaters, etc.
• Repairs of pipes, ensuring items are functional and in safe working condition.
• Requests equipment and supplies to maintain inventory and ensure availability of materials.
• Tests for leaks in new and repaired systems with compressed air and/or water.
• Measure, cutting, threading, bending, reaming, and installing pipe and pipe fittings.
• Assemblepipe sections, tubing, or fittings.
• Locateand marking the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, or fixtures in structures.
• Maintains a properly clean and stocked service vehicle.
• Attends weekly departmental meetings.
• Participates in periodic inventory and truck inspections.
• Maintains tools and machinery in good condition and uses all tools in a safety-conscious manner.
• Explains to the client each service performed each time a maintenance or repair is completed and ensures complete customer satisfaction.

Salary

• $72,800 and up, plus commission
