Role Description

This full-time, on-site Plumber role is based in Brookville, OH and focuses on providing residential and commercial plumbing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing systems according to safety and building codes. The Plumber will diagnose issues, perform routine and emergency service calls, and ensure all work areas are kept clean and safe. The role involves interacting directly with customers, explaining findings and options, providing estimates, and documenting work performed. Team members are expected to work collaboratively, respond to occasional after-hours calls as needed, and uphold the company’s commitment to timely, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Plumbing, including installation, troubleshooting, and system repair.


• Experience working with Pipe systems, fittings, and related tools and equipment.


• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and routine Maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.


• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with clients.


• Relevant plumbing license or certification in Ohio, or eligibility to obtain one.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.


• Comfort with physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces and varying conditions.


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.


• Previous experience as a plumber or plumbing apprentice in service and repair environments is preferred.
