Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Plumber role based in Asheville, NC. The Plumber will install and repair plumbing systems and piping for commercial projects, including fixtures, water lines, and drainage systems. Daily responsibilities include installation of new plumbing systems and ensuring all work complies with local codes and safety standards. The Plumber will collaborate with other team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and uphold Bolton’s quality and reliability standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair for commercial systems.
• Experience working with pipes, fittings, and related tools, including cutting, joining, and testing piping systems.
• Background in general maintenance and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in plumbing work.
• Ability to work on-site in varying conditions, including lifting equipment, standing for extended periods, and handling tools safely.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to travel to job locations as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship or related vocational training is preferred.
• Pass drug test, background check and fit-for-work physical.
• Critical thinking;problem solver.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs or more, heavy pushing, pulling and lifting, reach overhead, twisting of trunk, ladder climbing, squatting.
