Tradesmen International is seeking an experienced Plumber for projects around Allentown, PA. This first shift role offers pay up to $35/hour based on experience and skill.

Read blueprints, install and maintain commercial plumbing systems, connect piping, and perform pressure testing. You will coordinate with other trades to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to codes on every job site.

Qualifications

• Commercial plumbing experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• Knowledge of pressure testing, leak testing, and system troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and installation practices.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, able to work independently or in a team.

• Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems.
• Install domestic water supply piping and DWV systems.
• Install fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and related equipment.
• Conduct pressure and leak testing and inspections.
• Coordinate installations with other trades on site.
• Ensure work complies with codes and project plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area on site.
• Complete tasks on project schedules and quality standards.

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Plumbers for projects located in or around Allentown, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
• Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
• Install domestic hot and cold water supply piping
• Install sanitary sewer, waste, and vent (DWV) systems
• Install storm drainage and roof drainage systems
• Install and connect plumbing fixtures, including toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, and floor drains
• Install water heaters, pumps, valves, backflow preventers, and related equipment
• Perform underground plumbing installations and rough-ins
• Perform above-ground piping installations and plumbing connections
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, fit, and join various types of piping
• Install and connect PVC, CPVC, copper, cast iron, PEX, and other approved piping materials
• Conduct pressure testing, leak testing, and system inspections
• Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs
• Coordinate plumbing installations with other construction trades
• Ensure all installations comply with applicable plumbing codes, project specifications, and approved plans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Complete assigned work according to project schedules and quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous commercial plumbing experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
• Ability to perform pressure testing, leak testing, and system troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and installation practices
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
