This role plays a key part in executing optical test activities, resolving production issues, and supporting product lifecycle initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position contributes to reliable product delivery through data-driven testing, analysis, and continuous process improvement.How you will make an impact:• Implement optical test plans and procedures for pluggable modem products in accordance with technical specifications.• Resolve factory technical issues and provide guidance for product rework activities.• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and product development teams to address optical performance issues.• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing optical test processes.• Participate in new product introduction and ongoing product lifecycle support activities.• Document test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.• Evaluate product repairability and serviceability from an optical testing perspective.The must haves:• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.• Experience: 2+ years of experience in optical test development and execution.• Application of optical communication principles and technologies.• Utilization of optical test equipment including optical spectrum analyzers, power meters, and tunable lasers.• Experience with manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.• Knowledge of product development and product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts.• Thai language required.
