Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating plow trucks or similar equipment preferred.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts during storms.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and a safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate plow trucks to remove snow from commercial properties
• Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections and basic maintenance of plow trucks
• Follow safety protocols and drive responsibly in challenging winter conditions
• Work with the operations team to coordinate routes and adjust to changing weather
