Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced PLM UAT professional to provide business process expertise and functional testing leadership. The role focuses on end-to-end UAT planning, scenario design, execution, and sign-off for PLM workflows, leveraging Teamcenter and related PLM knowledge.

You will lead defect triage, coordinate with business users and engineering, and translate business processes into UAT scenarios. Strong communication and independent leadership under tight timelines are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PLM.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with PLM (Teamcenter) tool.
• Lead defect triage and coordinate with business users, engineering and OSS on priority and closure.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong stakeholder connections and apply PLM experience to drive UAT to closure.

PLM UAT - Business Process Expertise with Functional Testing

Roles & Responsibilities

• 10+ Years of experience in PLM
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with PLM (Teamcenter / PLM) tool:
• Change Management
• Configuration Management
• BOM Management
• Integrations
• etc.

Strong understanding of testing principles, especially UAT and the underlying business processes.

Support end-to-end UAT planning, scenario design, execution, and sign-off, working in a regular cadence with the team; establish strong stakeholder connects and apply PLM experience to drive UAT to closure.

Lead defect triage; coordinate with business users, engineering, and OSS on priority and closure.

Bridge business and QA; translate business workflows into UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria.

Drive UAT status reporting and readiness.

Coordinate with stakeholders and application owners to ensure complete coverage.

Experience: 5-8 Years

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $160,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
