Learn more about our benefits.**PLM and CAD technology****Job Description:**Seeking a seasoned PLM Program Manager based onsite at our Santa Clara, CA campus with over 10 years of experience to lead and deliver complex software development projects, engineering design business process development and participate in digital transformation within a dynamic technology-driven environment.The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering and/or computer science background, deep understanding of software product development, and a proven track record of managing global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech company.Furthermore, candidate should have knowledge and good understanding in product development applications and business processes such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, CAD applications, systems engineering (MBSE), Model Based Enterprise (MBE) and Model Based Design (MBD). Familiarity with GenAI concepts, industry trends, and applications.**Qualifications*** Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and CAD applications* Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering**, **Computer Science**, or a related technical field.* **10+ years of experience** in program/project management within a **technology company**.* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.* Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Systems like Teamcenter and Windchill* Familiarity with CAD applications like UG NX, Solidworks, Inventor and Creo* Familiarity with ECAD applications like Zuken E3s, OrCAD, Altium* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).* PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications are a plus.**Key Responsibilities**Engage closely with engineering and product development leadership, identifying opportunities for automation and business process solutions with positive impact to engineering productivity and design quality. Ensure effective and efficient execution of the project/ program to established guardrails of scope, timeline and budget.
