Job summary

Alpha Baking Co., Inc. in the United States is seeking a production teammate to move bread and bun racks, shuttle carts to the bread conveyor, and load/unload pans from the conveyor. You will work in a fast-paced bakery environment and perform additional duties as assigned.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, tolerance for high heat, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation. Strong teamwork and ability to follow clear instructions are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Move bread/bun racks in and out of proof box.
• Push/pull pan carts over to bread/bun conveyor.
• Load and unload empty pans both on and off conveyor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift/carry bread/bun pans - up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to push bread/bun pan carts to conveyor
• Capable of performing repetitive work
• Must be able to tolerate working in a hot humid environment
