Job summary

ACME is seeking a System Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. You will architect software solutions from database to UI, and deliver real time, actionable reports for clients.

You will develop high-quality code and collaborate with engineers and designers while traveling to customer sites for planning, commissioning, and testing. The role offers growth toward leading a team of engineers and technicians to provide automation and information solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in a Technical Field, related to Engineering, Systems, Computer Sciences, or Software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent projects
• Passionate about problem solving and developing solutions
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Architect software solutions using the appropriate technologies from database to AI to User Interface tools.
• Provide our clients with real time, actionable information reports about their project.
• Develop quality code in accordance with established ACME and client standards.
• Work in team environment with engineers and designers from ACME, partners, and clients.
• Travel to customer sites for planning meetings, commissioning, and testing.
• Grow into position leading a team of engineers and technicians to provide automation and information solutions.
• Design and implement industry software applications to aggregate manufacturing systems.
• Develop quality code in accordance with established ACME and client standards.
• Manually configure technical solutions and identify optimization opportunities.
• Install and commission systems connected to the plant floor devices at customer sites
