Job summary

InPro electric USA Ltd. in Greer, USA, seeks a PLC programmer (m/f/d) for direct entry, full-time.

You will program system controls using Siemens S7 or TIA Portal, perform bus and safety commissioning, and test I/O signals across automotive project lines. Qualifications

• Graduate engineer in automotive engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with PLC programming is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Siemens S7 or TIA Portal beneficial.

Responsibilities

• PLC programming in accordance with customer standards.
• Independent programming of system controls using Siemens S7 or TIA Portal.
• Bus commissioning and safety commissioning.
• I/O check of sensors and actuators.
• Manual operation and movement of elements.
• Automatic operation and monitoring of system functions.
• Cycle time optimization.

Tasks

• PLC programming in accordance with customer standards
• Independent programming of system controls using Siemens S7 or TIA Portal
• Bus commissioning and safety commissioning
• I/O check (testing inputs and outputs of sensors and actuators)
• Manual operation (movement of all elements)
• Automatic operation
• Checking the operating functions of the system (special functions)
• Cycle time optimization
