Job description

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sandbox environments
• Develop and configure simulation environments for applications such as Ignition, Kepware, GE Proficy Suite, and Tulip, ensuring realistic operational scenarios for functional and integration testing.
• Set up and manage virtual PLC simulations for major platforms (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) within virtualized environments to replicate plant-floor logic and processes.
• Administer cloud-based web applications and establish secure integration with OT devices in virtual environments, enabling hybrid connectivity between on-premise and cloud systems.
• Configure virtualized or containerized environments for testing industrial software and hardware integrations, ensuring scalability and isolation.
• Design and implement virtual networks that bridge on-premise hardware with cloud infrastructure, supporting secure data flow and interoperability for IIoT and edge-to-cloud architectures.
• Install, validate, deploy, and test various industrial OT software to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of server administration
