Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Industrial Maintenance Technician for either 2nd or 3rd shift with open availability. The role focuses on troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, and machine troubleshooting.

Strong electrical skills, PLC programming, and the ability to read and program ladder logic and HMIs are required. The position offers a sign-on bonus, competitive pay up to $45/hour plus a $1.50/hour shift

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience with strong electrical and PLC skills.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Strong mechanical, welding, and cutting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Hands-on experience with meters and measurements.
• Must pass an electrical board and PLC programming assessment.
• CPR/First aid/Lockout-tagout training may be required.
• Basic English proficiency to read safety instructions and communicate with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair advanced mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and machine adjustments.
• Complete welding and fabrication tasks.
• Enter maintenance data accurately and promptly.
• Apply advanced electrical skills safely in the maintenance field.
