Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a service-minded hospitality professional to join the Plaza Bar team, supporting bartenders and servers to ensure engaging dining experiences.

You will be part of a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, providing menu knowledge and exceptional service while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is an asset.
• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Comfortably exhibit menu knowledge of both food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist Food & Beverage bartenders and servers in all aspects of the dining experience
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Stock and maintain daily operating supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of all guest areas
• Other duties as assigned

Job Description

Reporting to the Plaza BarGeneral Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
