Job summary

Watertown Public Schools is seeking a Playgroup Facilitator & Off-Site Educator to organize community-based playgroups in off-site locations within expansion communities, creating welcoming, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environments for young children.

You will engage families, model positive interactions, coordinate ASQ screenings, and connect families with early resources while collaborating with district staff and community partners.

Qualifications

• Facilitate community-based and off-site playgroups.
• Engage parents and caregivers as active participants in children's learning.
• Coordinate ASQ developmental screenings and refer families as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality playgroups at community-based locations.

• Collaborate with district staff and early educators for coordinated supports.
• Maintain documentation for playgroups, screenings, and partnerships.
• Participate in professional development and team meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
