Job summary

West-Mont United Soccer Association is seeking a Soccer Coach to join our youth development pathway as a Program Coach for Grass Roots programs and events throughout the year. You will deliver sessions from a provided curriculum, foster a positive environment, and ensure player safety.

The role reports to the Program Director or Technical Director, adheres to club policies, and offers opportunities for ongoing education and professional development.

Qualifications

• US Soccer Grassroots License or higher (D License preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of youth coaching experience.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and clearances.

Responsibilities

Join our club’s youth development pathway as a Program Coach for one of our various Grass Roots level programs and events throughout the calendar year. We are seeking an fun, enthusiastic, committed coach who can foster a positive and inspiring environment while delivering sessions to our players.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

• Deliver age‑appropriate, high‑quality training sessions from curriculum provided.
• Ensure player safety and welfare at all times.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Report to Program Director or Technical Director
• Follow all club policies, procedures, and administrative expectations.
• Provide feedback to Program Director or Technical Director as and when needed.
