• 2+ years designing levels and game mechanics for casual mobile games.
• Strong passion for gaming, especially casual mobile games.
• Showcase a relevant work portfolio.
• Solid grasp of game design methodologies and audience motivations.

Responsibilities

• Design levels for playable ads to excite and convert users.
• Research and develop innovative game mechanics for playable ads.
• Collaborate with game developers and provide design feedback.
• Analyze performance data to improve mechanics and conversions.
• Work with the design team to improve content pipeline and processes.
• Stay updated on mobile game advertising trends and best practices.
• Support the team from a level design perspective (Production, QA, Art, Game Design, etc).
