Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking caring teammates to work 1-on-1 with children under 6 who have autism, helping them build communication, independence, play, and social skills.

No ABA experience is required—we’ll teach you the rest. You’ll earn $16.58 to $29.13 per hour based on experience, enjoy a consistent M-F schedule, health insurance for full-time employees, and you can pursue an RBT certification after 45 days with a $10,000 scholarship.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.

• High school diploma or equivalent, minimum age 18.
• Physical readiness: able to push/pull with kids up to 35 lbs, sit on the floor, move quickly.

We’re looking for a certain kind of person. They kneel down to a child's eye level. They bring the same patience to the tenth try as the first. They celebrate a tiny win like it's the biggest thing that happened all week…because for a young child with autism, it might be.

We call them Believers. They are teammates who believe in progress of our kiddo’s and in each other. And we don't need you to have experience to be one!

We’ll teach you the skills; you bring the heart.

No ABA experience? No problem. Many of our teammates have worked as nannies, babysitters, childcare or daycare providers, paraprofessionals, educators, teachers, CNAs, caregivers, home health aides, social workers, CPS worker, or behavioral health technicians. If you enjoy helping children learn and grow, we’ll teach you the rest.

What you'll do:

You’ll work and play 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have a diagnosis of autism, helping them build skills like communication, independence, play, and social connection.

• Use play, connection, and ABA Therapy to help children learn and grow


• Celebrate and document progress, big and small


• Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with


• Get a pay raise in your first 45 days by getting your RBT Certification (nationally recognized!)

What we're looking for

• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

What we offer

• Pay: $16.58 to $29.13 per hour based on experience


• Hours: Monday through Friday- regular schedule during the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm with the occasional Saturday
