Job summary

Konnect Therapy is seeking a mental health Therapist to deliver individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. This part-time contract role offers a flexible hybrid/in-person schedule and the chance to work with a compassionate, evidence-based care team.

The position emphasizes engaging with youth and families, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate progress notes.

Qualifications

• Current, active New Jersey clinical license.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Ability to provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, ERP, art therapy or other evidence-based approaches is a plus.
• Experience working with autism/developmental disabilities is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Coordinate care with families and other healthcare or education professionals.
• Provide telehealth services when appropriate.
• Support clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.
