Job summary

Kid City Drop In Center and Resort located in Memphis, TN, is seeking creative and energetic individuals who love working with children. Your primary role will be to provide a nurturing and safe environment that fosters child development. The shift hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM with a 2-hour break.

Successful candidates will require certifications in First Aid and CPR, as well as pass background screening. Wages begin at $9.00/hr and may involve working on holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Certification in First Aid and CPR is mandatory.
• Pass a physical examination.
• Screening for Tennessee Criminal Background Registry is required.
• Participate in ongoing staff development workshops.

If hired, all Kid City employees are required to maintain the following:

• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Pass a physical examination
• Screened and enrolled in the Tennessee Criminal Background Registry
• Required to attend ongoing staff development and skill‑building workshops
• Maintain “B” grade on our employee internal weekly report card
