Job summary

Little Land is a high-energy play gym in the United States that creates fun and engaging experiences for kids and families. We’re hiring for multiple roles within our play gym team, including Front Desk/Guest Experience Team Member, Birthday Party Host, and Parents' Night Out Activity Leader.

Join our energetic team to greet families, lead activities, supervise events, and maintain a welcoming environment. Prior babysitting or camp experience helps, but enthusiasm and reliability matter most.

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids is valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet families and check guests in for open play, classes, birthday parties, and Parents' Night Out events
• Engage with children during open play sessions
• Lead fun activities, games, and group play experiences
• Assist with sensory art, music exploration, and Little Learners classes
• Help host birthday parties and guide kids through party activities
• Support Parents' Night Out events by supervising kids and leading games and activities
• Maintain clean and organized play areas
• Reset activity areas between programs
• Work closely with teammates to create a fun, welcoming environment
• Ideal Experience: Babysitting, Camp counselor or youth program leader, Youth sports coaching, Working at a daycare or preschool, Customer service roles, Hosting events or birthday parties
