Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. This role emphasizes 1:1 and small-group behavioral services, under BCBA guidance, using evidence-based ABA techniques.

We offer paid training, flexible part-time schedules, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA roles, with additional benefits like mileage reimbursement and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism or related neurodevelopmental differences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent accepted with relevant experience.
• Willingness to learn Cortica’s protocols and participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
• High School or equivalent, bachelor's or master's degree.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (within a 30-40-minute drive radius).
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
