Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians for a paid training role in Westwood, MA. This position includes a comprehensive 4-week, in-person orientation, hands-on coaching, and BCAT exam review, with full coverage of exam fees.

You will provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism, implementing evidence-based strategies and documenting progress for families. Training supports BCAT credentialing and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and comfort with autism is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date (training provided).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within a 30-40 minute drive radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
