Job summary

Cortica in San Diego is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide impactful behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will collaborate with families and implement evidence-based strategies to foster meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with children, preferably with autism.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services.
• Implement strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.

Skills

Experience working with children (especially with autism)

Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office

Willingness to obtain BCAT credential

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
