Job summary

Autism & Behavioral Spectrum in Missouri is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver specialized ABA therapy to young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Candidates must have an active RBT certification and previous experience working with children.

This role requires compassionate and reliable individuals who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with structured hours of 7:40 AM to 3:55 PM.

Qualifications

  • Hold an active RBT certification and have a minimum of 3 months experience working with children aged 2–6.
  • Understand the RBT Ethics Code and maintain high professional integrity.
  • Must pass and maintain a clear background check.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
  • Support daily care tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
