BK Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children with autism achieve goals.

You'll work with a supportive clinical team and opportunities for training and advancement. This role starts part-time with flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and the chance to gain experience through fellowship/internship hours and BCBA schooling partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
