Medeco Security Locks, a business unit of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking a Plating and Pre-Finish Operator for the 2nd shift in Salem, VA. You will operate plating machines, manage chemical baths, and support waste treatment to produce high-security locks.
No prior plating experience is required, but you will be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to follow a defined manufacturing process with teamwork and strong communication.

Pay Range: $19.30/hr - $25.36/hr (DOE, includes $1.50 shift differential)
Join our team as a Plating Machine Operator on the 2nd shift (3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.) with potential overtime. You'll operate the metal plating machine and coordinate the waste treatment process, contributing to the manufacturing of high-security locks and supporting our mission to make the world a safer place. This is a technical position and while no experience is required, the successful applicant will be safety-focused and detail-oriented with the ability to closely follow a defined manufacturing process.
