Position Summary

The Platforms Engineer (Saviynt Administrator / Developer) is responsible for the design, development, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. This role partners with application owners, business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, audit, and compliance organizations to deliver scalable identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning automation, access certifications, Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, and regulatory compliance capabilities across the enterprise. Serving as both a technical engineer and platform administrator, the position ensures applications are onboarded efficiently, access controls are enforced consistently, governance processes are automated, and identity management solutions strengthen security, enhance user experience, and support business and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, develop, configure, and continuously optimize the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform to support identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning automation, and compliance initiatives. Monitor platform performance, analyze operational metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements that improve system stability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Contributes to the design and configuration of platform & systems, considering scalability, performance, security aspects, and ensures ongoing compliance with original design and configuration. Builds and deploys infrastructure components, ensuring proper configuration and integration. Configure and integrate Saviynt with enterprise systems including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SAP, HR systems, databases, cloud applications, and other connected platforms using APIs, connectors, SQL queries, and automation technologies. Develop, maintain, and support Saviynt workflows, business rules, REST API integrations, SQL-based reporting, data validation processes, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and governance effectiveness. Support enterprise IAM transformation initiatives including application onboarding, migration activities, certification rollouts, governance enhancements, and identity modernization programs.
  • Collaborates with senior engineers, cybersecurity teams, application owners, auditors, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and improve identity governance solutions, access controls, and automation capabilities.
  • Documents support requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps. Provides technical support to users, troubleshoots and resolves complex hardware and software issues, and administers and maintains the Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform. Applies predefined procedures for platform and system tuning, optimization, access governance, and IAM lifecycle management practices.
  • Provide advanced technical support for Saviynt and related IAM technologies by troubleshooting complex system, integration, and access management issues while documenting support requests, resolutions, runbooks, operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation; actively participate in knowledge‑sharing initiatives, technical workshops, and team collaboration efforts to promote operational excellence, effective platform administration, and continuous improvement of the Saviynt platform.
  • Administer and develop the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, ensuring reliable operations, automated access governance, and compliance with SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements through reporting, certifications, and governance controls.
  • Assists with future infrastructure platforms and systems backup planning. Assists in the design & execution of disaster/system recovery and testing processes and standards.
  • Develops and implements reporting frameworks to track and analyze platform and system performance, utilization, and governance metrics; creates or leverages existing dashboards and visualizations for monitoring. Supports SOX, audit, and compliance requirements through reporting, access reviews, governance controls, and documentation.

  • Actively participates in knowledge sharing activities, such as team meetings, presentations, or workshops. Collaborates with team members to identify gaps in knowledge and propose solutions to improve documentation and information sharing.
Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong understanding of, and hands‑on experience with Saviynt Platform EIC integration design, development and support preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IAM processes preferred
  • Experience partnering with integrated suppliers, service providers, business facing IT, Audit and compliance, and stakeholders to deliver solutions preferred
  • Saviynt certifications preferred
