PwC in Dallas seeks a Bank Platform Transformation - Core Banking Modernization - Sr Manager to guide clients through analysis, implementation, training, and support of business applications within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice.

You will lead large projects, coach teams, apply systems thinking, validate outcomes with clients, and promote innovative technologies to improve client operations and achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Master's degree preferred (set apart).

Responsibilities

• Leading core banking modernization projects to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Analyzing client needs and implementing tailored software solutions to optimize business processes.
• Providing strategic guidance and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
• Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and drive project success.
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations.
