Position Overview

The Platform Strategy Manager – Private Capital leads strategic initiatives to design, optimize, and scale private capital investment platforms. The role combines strategy development, cross‑functional project management, and analytical insights to improve investment workflows, enhance capital deployment, and create value across private capital programs.

This position works closely with investment teams, operations, technology, and senior leadership to implement platform solutions that support portfolio growth, operational efficiency, and investor experience.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute platform strategy to support private capital initiatives and investment programs

Lead cross‑functional projects to optimize investment workflows, reporting, and portfolio management tools

Conduct analysis of portfolio performance, investment operations, and market trends to inform strategic decisions

Collaborate with technology, operations, and investment teams to enhance platform functionality and scalability

Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to monitor platform performance and investment outcomes

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the investor experience

Support senior leadership in strategic planning, presentations, and decision‑making for private capital programs

Ensure initiatives comply with governance, regulatory, and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications
