Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Manager, Platform Solution Development to lead business analysis and solution design for a scalable insurance platform. You will drive end-to-end solution lifecycle, establish consistent requirements practices, and manage a team of Business Analysts across product, tech, and operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale requirements and solution designs.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and manage analysts.
• Education in technical or business subjects; MBA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution lifecycle aligning needs with platform capabilities.
• Define strategy and roadmap priorities balancing value and constraints.
• Drive decisions for scalable, reusable, platform-aligned outcomes.
• Create and manage requirements artifacts and traceability.
