Job summary

Seeq is hiring a Software Engineer - Platform to design and build the internal platform and services used by multiple engineering teams. You will mentor engineers, set high standards, and drive secure, scalable infrastructure.

You will evolve interfaces, migrate functionality to new services, and enable efficient software delivery across distributed systems. This role emphasizes leadership while remaining hands-on in platform development.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, focusing on platform services or distributed systems.
Strong backend experience with Go or Python and modern CI/CD practices.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and build the internal platform and services used by other engineering teams.
Mentor and guide engineers to uphold high technical standards.
Expand platform capabilities, improve interfaces between systems and migrate functionality.
Develop multi-tenant clusters and apply security best practices.
Lead architecture discussions and optimize cost and performance of infrastructure.
