Responsibilities

• Platform Software Development: Deliver minor enhancements to shared services, integration adapters, or SDK surfaces within defined guardrails.
• Apply compatibility/versioning rules during fixes and minor rollouts to protect downstream teams.
• Propose small observability/resilience improvements based on API/SDK usage signals for a subsystem.
• Software Development and Coding - Design, Testing, and Optimization: Contributes to designing software solutions and analyzes requirements to achieve business and operational goals, with limited guidance.
• Adheres to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Develops and reviews code for new software features following design specifications.
• Conducts debugging and troubleshooting to identify and fix simple and moderately complex software issues.
• Implements testing, QA processes, error logging, monitoring, and observability for debugging, following frameworks.
• Troubleshoots API functionality and integration issues.
• Implements API versioning, lifecycle, and interoperability strategies.
• Issue/Defect Collaboration - Software Products Support: Collaborates with own team and outside team to understand customer issues and align solutions.
• Provides technical guidance and support to customers regarding reported issues.
• Influences efforts to ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues.
• Core Responsibilities: Planning & Execution: tracks timelines, collaborates with team, builds partnerships with limited guidance.
• Problem Solving: identifies issues, escalates as needed, analyzes data from multiple sources.
