MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Platform / Software Engineer on the Solutions Delivery team, you will be a broad-scope developer who builds, integrates, and automates across the enterprise. You will turn mission requirements into working solutions: automations, integrations, applications, and pipelines that reduce manual operational burden and free capacity for the next problem. You will work alongside business analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver capability end to end as the program transitions to a deliverable-based, automation-first model.
Design, build, test, and deploy automations, integrations, and applications across the enterprise toolset — scripting, workflow automation, APIs, and low-code solutions.
Work as a broad-scope developer across the mission stack — automation, application development, workflow integration, and data movement.
Automate manual Operations & Maintenance (O&M) processes so operations personnel can execute with less manual effort over time.
Build and integrate solutions across platforms such as vSphere, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 / Power Platform (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Power Apps), Graph API / Entra ID, and containerized environments (OpenShift / Docker / Kubernetes).
Develop and maintain code in Git-based pipelines (GitLab); support CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
Integrate and reuse existing capabilities before building net-new, rationalizing scope against tooling already in the environment.
Document solutions and produce release notes and user guides to support handoff and adoption.
Operate within NIPR/SIPR and comply with DoD security, data handling, and stewardship standards.
Broad-scope software development — comfortable across multiple languages and platforms (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#)
Strong automation and scripting skills: building integrations, pipelines, and process automation.
Low-code / Power Platform development (Power Automate, Power Apps, Logic Apps).
API and system-to-system integration (REST, Microsoft Graph API).
Git-based version control and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to translate requirements into working solutions and iterate quickly.
Experience working in secure or DoW environments.
Clearance: Active Secret required; must be TS/SCI eligible.
Experience: Journeyman 3+ years of software development and/or automation engineering.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Familiarity with mission data platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry / MSS, Databricks) and associated tooling (GitLab, OpenShift, RunAI, AWS WorkSpaces).
DevSecOps pipeline experience and secure-development practices.
Familiarity with USCENTCOM/J6 mission systems and requirements.
