Job summary

Tradeweb Technology is hiring for a remote technology role based in the Jersey City hub, with travel as needed. Tradeweb Technology jobs are fully remote. The Tradeweb Technology hub is in our Jersey City office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts. There may be days where travel to the Jersey City office is recommended for organizational off sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to business units who are integrating with the modern Tradeweb estate by migrating to the cloud and Kubernetes
• Manage and improve Tradeweb’s observability platform for metrics, logs and traces
• Manage and improve Tradeweb’s internal application deployment platform
• Manage and improve Tradeweb’s on-premises Linux infrastructure
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with Amazon Web Services, with focus on: IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, EKS, R53, MSK, RDS
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform a plus
• Knowledge of native Linux virtualization (KVM+QEMU, libvirt) a strong plus
• Knowledge of Kubernetes as an infrastructure operator required, Argo CD a plus
• CI/CD & IaC (Infrastructure as Code) best practices (version control, declarative deployments of infrastructure and applications) - Terraform, Terragrunt, Atlantis
• Prometheus/OpenTelemetry observability technologies required
• Python knowledge required, Golang a strong plus
• Ansible experience required
• Knowledge of on-premises host management/provisioning a strong plus

The current pay range for this role is currently $150,000 to $240,000 per year, based on a regular, full‑time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, and internal guidelines.

• This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb’s discretionary bonus program.
• This role is expected to remain open until 11/30/26.
