Job summary

Rippling, Inc. in Coppell, TX seeks a sanitation specialist to clean and sanitize compounding vessels and equipment in a GMP environment. You will handle filters, hoses, tanks, and pumps, operate CIP Skid systems, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

This role supports compounders, prepares equipment for shifts, and maintains clean work areas while following safety and quality procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize compounding vessels and equipment.
• Clean filters, hoses, pipes, walls, and floors following procedures.
• Clean and sanitize tank farm tanks and pumps.
• Clean and sanitize P3 storage tanks.
• Operate the CIP Skid to clean and sanitize tanks.
• Clean and organize platform decks.
• Break down, clean, and re-assemble fittings and blending equipment.
• Transfer finished bulk into pails, drums, totes, or portable tanks.
• Assist compounders with making batches when needed.
• Break down and clean pumps for compounding.
• Complete cleaning documentation and attach to equipment records.
• Assist with cleaning of equipment to start daily fill lines.
