Job summary

OceanFirst Bank in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a Branch Engagement Banker to drive relationship banking and achieve sales goals. You will partner with the Branch Manager to foster a high-energy sales environment, coach team members, and promote products through consultative selling and customer referrals.

You will handle deposits, loans, and other banking services while ensuring excellent service. The role requires 2+ years in bank sales, strong communication, and a notary option if licensed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years successful bank platform sales experience.
• Valid NMLS Registration required.

Responsibilities

• Foster a relationship banking environment with consultative selling to meet customer needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in loan processing and closing.
• Lead sales huddles and coach staff to maintain a results-driven environment.
• Promote Bank products via outbound calls to customers and prospects.
