What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide technical expertise for the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform
• Modify scripts to deploy Falcon Cloud Security solutions using Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation, and Terraform
• Troubleshoot deployment issues across various enterprise environments
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and provide mentorship to the Platform Professional Services team
• Conduct training sessions to promote cloud platform best practices within the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT deployments or in an end‑user/customer environment
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong knowledge of cloud and container deployment technologies, including CSPM
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and extensive experience with Linux administration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with container orchestration tools such as EKS, AKS, or GKE
• Familiarity with deployment technologies like Terraform and CloudFormation
• Knowledge of cloud platform and DevOps certifications
• Experience in consulting and customer‑facing roles
