Job summary

Tanium is seeking a Product Manager for Platform to own and drive the roadmap for core platform components, partnering with engineering to ideate and launch. The role emphasizes customer outcomes, enterprise readiness, and cross-functional influence across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in product roles for SaaS or appliance solutions, with strong communications and stakeholder alignment skills, plus experience in Linux environments and platform services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MA preferred.
• 3–5 years of product experience with SaaS, appliance, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to drive definition and alignment.
• Experience with Linux environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of the product roadmap from ideation to launch in partnership with engineering teams.
• Define the strategic short- and long-term technical roadmap and identify new opportunities.
• Document customer use cases, product requirements, and business justifications for new feature development.
• Partner with internal teams to create enablement and training materials for new features and updates.
• Support product marketing initiatives, partner relationships, and opportunities to accelerate adoption and build Tanium’s brand.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to solve daily challenges.
• Leverage marketplace trends to develop strategic solutions.
